How to code a search bar in Flash-HTML website?

I'm working on a HTML website that has a SWF (flash) animated header. The search bar is animated and is located in the SWF flash file. How do I code the search bar to search only the HTML website?

The whole website is HTML. The only thing made in flash is the Header and the search bar.

I'm not sure of the code to do this, but add a text bar in the search (Where you want them to search the keywords) than use the link that your HTML website will use to pull up the search results, and have the keywords searched for modify that URL to search for the specific keywords.

You need Flash program to edit a flash navigation bar, either the Adobe or you could get a Flash Decompiler it you just want to change the links
