I use a program called ';ThumbHTML';
Its free and easy to use and setup.
It will create a picture album for you in a few easy steps. you can them upload the entire directory to your webserver and link to the index file of the image album.
Get it here - http://downloads.thumbhtml.com/ThumbHTML
First, upload the images to a site like http://imagery.no-ip.org
Next, just link to it.

Change link as needed.
Perfect solution for you!
