Well with that, you could probably make it out of paper mache. What I'd do is make a model out of tinfoil, then put paper mache over it. Let that dry and paint it! It comes out really well! To secure it to your head I'd use an elastic strap, and hide it behind your wig, you know, wearing it like a large headband! Hope I helped! :) ~Miya
