What exactly is welfare, and why are mothers on welfare hated?

http://www.dispatchpolitics.com/live/con

I want to know how to get this? What exactly is welfare, and why are mothers on welfare hated?
Welfare is where the government pays you not to work but to have babies. The more babies you have the more money the government will pay you. Sort of like the government is buying babies, if you asked me.

These welfare mothers are hated because they sometimes live better than those who are busting their buns to try to pay their bills with 2 and 3 jobs only to have it taken away by the government and given to women who simply #$%2 their way through life and give birth every 9 months.

L8rWhat exactly is welfare, and why are mothers on welfare hated?
I read comments?Wow!

There is a common perception that if you live in USA, you MUST be rich. If you檙e not, you檙e looser, lazy, stupid and so on.

When economy is bad poor people are more and more stigmatized. It檚 a rule. In some countries rape victims are jailed or murdered. I don檛 see a difference.
welfare is tax payer funded program that assisted with food, education other programs ect..sorta like social security disability..welfare mothers are hated because its tax payer funded..until the haters realized they need it because they dont have jobs now..now the welfare mothers are paying them same taxes so the haters can get welfare..WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND..WOW
welfare is money and other help paid for by the taxpayers,to people who are suppose to be unable to work and provide for themselves. there are a lot of fakes out there some get caught and charged with fraud
its when poor people gets free money from the government. republicans hate welfare.... until they're the ones who uses it, then its okay!

sort of like abortion, they hate it and opposes it. but when their daughter gets unplanned pregnancy, what do they do? they go have an abortion. lol hypocrisy

rednecks vehemently oppose drugs, then goes home and gets drunk. more republican hypocrisy.
